Studio where I teach

Labelling or “boxing” the yoga I teach, has always been a conflict for me. If you are consciously breathing, connecting breath and movement – you are practicing Yoga. Checking in with your energy for the day, your body for today and allowing your breath to compliment this, is the focus of these classes. The benefits of mindful breath-work and movement are limitless. In these classes, your practice will always begin with some grounding/centering space; warming into the breath and body; and deep relaxation to close your practice.
